The All-on-4 protocol replaces an entire arch of missing or failing teeth using just four dental implants. Two implants are placed vertically in the front of the jaw, and two are angled in the back to maximize contact with available bone. This strategic placement often eliminates the need for bone grafting and allows a temporary prosthetic to be attached the same day.

Advanced 3D imaging maps your jawbone anatomy. Dr. Forbes designs the precise implant positions and angulations using digital software, creating a surgical guide for accurate placement.
Any remaining compromised teeth are removed. Four implants are placed according to the surgical guide. The angled posterior implants maximize bone contact for immediate stability.
A temporary fixed prosthetic is attached to the implants on the same day as surgery. You leave the office with a full set of functional teeth.
Over the next three to six months, the implants integrate with the jawbone. Regular follow-up appointments ensure proper healing and monitor your progress.
Once integration is complete, detailed impressions are taken for your permanent prosthetic. The final restoration is crafted from high-strength materials and designed for natural aesthetics.
